Returns Policy
We allow most of the items to be returned for refund, exchange or store credit.
We accept return requests within thirty (30) days since delivery date. Once approved, return must be shipped within seven (7) days.
All returned items must be in "new original" or "opened box/like new" condition. Damaged or used items will be subjected to additional fees or not refunded at all.

In case of unfortunate event, when you received items in damaged condition or not as described, please report it to us within seven (7) days of reception. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

These items are non-returnable:
- PVC ceiling tiles
- hand-painted ceiling tiles
- hand-painted crown moldings
- hand-painted wall panels
- items sold in categories "Clearance" and "Super Sale"Make sure to order samples for those items before placing full order.
PVC backsplash rolls will be subjected to 25% restocking fee.
Everything else will be subjected to 15% restocking fee.

To return an item, please contact us through email, live chat, contact form or phone. Make sure to provide order ID or full name and reason of return. You may also open return request through your account on the website.

Make sure the box is strong enough to handle return transit, otherwise use a different box or add extra protection (especially to the corners).
We recommend to insure return packages, if total value is higher than basic coverage of the chosen mailing service. For example, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground include $100 coverage for no additional fee, USPS Priority Mail - $50 (as of 11/7/18).

Refunds Policy
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refund will be issued through original method of your payment (Credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, etc.). Refund may take extra 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
